Why do you use drop shipping for some products?Picture this: one person, one laptop, 45 mismatched socks and zero space. By drop shipping some items (stationery), I can focus on the designs you love without getting lost in the storage shuffle. Rest assured, one day I hope to do it all and take over the world, your every purchase supports this little one woman operation as it expands—thanks for being part of it!

Will everything arrive in one package?Not quite! All gift wrap comes together, packaged with love by me right here in Liverpool. But drinkware and apparel might come separately as they ship directly from third parties. Depending on what you've ordered your holiday spirit might arrive in a few fabulous installments!

Where are you located?All gift wrap will be packed and shipped by me (think of me as your friendly but slightly tispy elf) from here in lovely Liverpool, UK. Whilst apparel and drinkware will be shipped from third party locations within your country.

Will you be adding more/re-stocking products?As a one-woman show, I’m dreaming up new stuff all the time, but space (and sanity) are limited! For now, sold-out wrapping paper is truly gone for the season—think of it as a limited-edition treat so stock up now! Next year, though? Who knows what I’ll cook up!

Can I order from outside the UK?Yes! Pitbull has found his Ms'. Worldwide. Orders ship to most places in Europe, the US, and beyond—get ready to add some pop culture flair to your corner of the world!

What are the shipping options?Whether you need it fast, want it tracked, or have an international address, I’ve got options to suit all shipping speeds and budgets. All giftwrap will be shipped via Royal Mail; Just pick your shipping at checkout, and wait for joy to be delivered!

How do I leave a review?Well, obviously, you have impeccable taste, I love that for you. Reviews are pure gold, so i've made it simple: 14 days after your purchase, you’ll get an email with a link to leave a review where you can sing my praises (if you feel so inclined). Can I make changes to an order I already placed?If it's to Giftwrap and you reach out via email (foggish@outlook.com) within 24 hours then I’ll do my best, and I might be able to adjust your gift wrap order. For other items, I'm afraid no changes can be made once an order has been placed as they're processed immediately by a third party upon purchase.

I haven't received my order – can you help?Absolutely! Orders can sometimes take their sweet time, especially during peak seasons like Christmas. For UK deliveries, allow up to 7 business days, and up to 15 days for international orders. If you’re still waiting after this, email me at foggish@outlook.com, and I'll chase it down faster than Santa’s reindeer.

My order is incomplete, what do I do?Waiting on part of your order? Some items might arrive separately, thanks to different shipping providers. All giftwrap is packed and shipped together by me, whilst apparel and drinkware is shipped via third parties. For UK orders, allow up to 7 business days, and up to 12 days for international orders. If things are still missing after that, or it's part of the giftwrap that's missing please email me at foggish@outlook.com, and I’ll help track it down!
